We have confirmed a warrant given by Captain Thomas Kenney, Commander of the SWAN, dated 23 September 1695, to Thomas Brooksbey to be Gunner. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 10 July 1696.
