In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have been to Bursledon and viewed the ship building by Mrs Wyatt and in our opinion find her body well wrought and fitting for a frigate of the 6th Rate. The dimensions of the ship are given. Signed by William Bagwell, Robert Chappell, Joseph Allin, and Henry Hull, Dockyard Officers.
