You are directed to pay Mrs Penotier the sum of £100, out of the money in the hands of the Treasurer of the Navy, for his Majesty's tenths of prizes taken from the enemy, in consideration of the loss of Mr Edward Penotier, late first Lieutenant of the WINCHESTER killed on shore in the West Indies.
