In answer to your letter of yesterday, I am to advise you that the LITCHFIELD stays at the Nore to convoy the victuallers to Captain Foulkes's squadron at the Gunfleet, so that you will give the Commissioners of the Victualling notice there and quicken them in the sending away of the provisions.
