In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In consideration of the services on which the BRILLIANT sloop is employed you are directed to have 10 men added to her complement and that she be so established. The present Masters of the LANCASTER and DREADNOUGHT are to be exchanged and we have sent orders to Commissioner Greenhill at Portsmouth and you are to send down warrants accordingly.
