By order of the Treasury I send you the enclosed letter and papers from Mr Thomas Chamberlayne, Mr Thomas Slocombe and Mr R. Lee, dated at Messina 11 June, relating to money disbursed by them on account of the CONTENT and TRIDENT prizes, which were taken from the French last year. You are to consider this and let their Lordships have your opinion of what is fit to be done.
