(1)This is to certify that Richard Asson, a Caulker employed at Cadiz, lost two fingers by a fall from the mast and was thereafter employed on axe work, signed by Joseph Allen Master Shipwright. (2) Richard Asson viewed and found to have lost two fingers of his left hand, for which he should receive £4 annualy and £4 present relief, signed by John Conny and Thomas Druit, Dockyard Officers.
