A commission was granted by Sir William Beeston, late Governor of Jamaica, to Captain Thomas Kenny to be Commander of the EXPERIMENT, dated 12 October 1694, and also another commission to Captain Kenny dated 30 October 1694 to command the HAMPSHIRE. You are directed to have the wages due to Captain Kenny for the time he commanded these ships to be paid.
