Your letter of 22 July advised us that the FOUDROYANT and prize for 1695 (which we have named the THUNDERBOLT prize), may the same number of men and number and nature of guns as the new 5th Rate lately built and now building for His Majesty. You are directed to have established accordingly and fitted out for service in the Channel, manned with her highest complement of men, and victualled for 10 weeks with all dispatch.
