Document signed by William Bridgeman, circa 1646-1699, English civil servant and Secretary to the Admiralty between 1694 and 1698
Upon reading the presentation of Sir Harry Ashurst and Mr Stephen Evance upon a report of the Commissioners of the Navy, on proposals of Wuilliam Partridge for building ships in New England, the Lords Justices in Council direct that the Commissioners of the Admiralty, the Commissioners of the Navy Board, and all other persons concerned be given notice to attend them next Thursday.
