The fleet being ordered to be put on short allowance of provisions, you are directed to order the Commissioners of the Victualling to solicit the Treasury for money to pay the seamen for the same. You are directed to imprest the sum of £100 to the Secreary of the Commissioners, appointed for registering seamen, for defraying the contingent services of their office.
