In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commissioners of the Victualling have advised us in their letter of 28 July, that the 4 months victuals which they were ordered to supply to the fleet will be sent on 20 August. It appears by the accounts we have received that the ships are victualled with most species to Michaelmas next at whole allowances and we direct you to give orders to the Commissioners that they complete the other species to that time with all dispatch.
