In case pilots have not been sent to the PENDENNIS and CHESTER bound for Norway, as desired in my letter of yesterday, I ask you to send them to ships in the Downes to carry them to Norway. Will you also order a pilot to the CHESTER at the Nore to carry her to the Downes, where she is ordered.
