In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have confirmed a warrant given by the Rt Hon Admiral Russell, dated 26 July 1695, for John Laws to be Master Gunner of the HUMBER in place of the former deceased. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 2 July 1696.
