Having received a paper from Kath Miller, widow of the late Gunner of the RUBY, wherin she prays that her husband died in the RUBY and his papers and accounts were afterwards lost and that she may receive the wages due to him.Their Lordships have commanded me to send you the paper that you may make enquiry of what proof she can produce of what is alleged and make your report.
