The PETER Dogger is to be convoyed to Kinsale. Captain Vincent of the RUBY Prize at the Nore is to detail the first ship departing westward to undertake the first part of the voyage as far as Plymouth. Any warship going to Kinsale from Plymouth is to undertake the remainder
