Authorising the payment of Wages to Mr Trotter from the date of his Commission despite his having failed to join the OXFORD before she sailed for Newfoundland obliging him to take passage in the PRUDENCE Hired ship. Commissioner St.Loe at Portsmouth wishes to go to Fowey as he has been informed that its harbour can shelter Men-of-War and wishes to verify the claim. He is granted leave to do so.
