Agreeing to the laying up of the PEARL at Deptford. In the event that she is unable to sail through lack of Crew, the Ordinary and Riggers from Woolwich are to be supplied. As regards providing Victuals for the four thousand Men due to go to the Straits, the Commissioners for Victualling are to provide credit at Cadiz for oil and wine as substitute for beer, butter and cheese.
