The Treasury Commissioners are pleased to direct that out of the Money remaining in the hands of the Navy Treasurer you cause the sum of two thousand pounds to be paid over to the Treasurer for the Sick and Wounded Seamen and Prisoners of War upon account for the said Prisoners, whereof twelve hundred pounds is to be placed to the head of Wages and eight hundred pounds to the head of Victualling.
