The SHREWSBURY, NEWARK, CHICHESTER, and RESTORATION at Spithead, being suddenly designed for Sea, we direct you to cause them to be fitted there and put into a condition for Channel service with all dispatch, and their victualling completed to two months or ten weeks each.
