Your letter of the 4th inst; to our Secretary informed us that the new fifth Rate Ship FEVERSHAM, building at Shoreham by Mr Ellis, may be ready to launch the next Spring. We direct that you cause her to be launched then or as soon as may be and fitted out for Channel service, manned with her highest complement of Men and victualled for three months.
