In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We direct you to cause the SOUTHSEA CASTLE to be fitted out to Sea at Portsmouth for a foreign voyage (instead of the POOLE), manned with her highest complement of Men, and victualled as by our Order of the 13th August last.
You were directed to victual the other Ships designed for that voyage, and that you cause the POOLE to be to be fitted there for Channel service, and victualled for ten weeks.
