In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Ships mentioned in the margin, which are now cruising in the Sounds with Vice Admiral Mitchell, will suddenly be obliged to come to Spithead for want of Provisions. We direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners to provide at Portsmouth two months Provisions at whole allowance for the said Ships, in addition to what we have already directed to be provided at that Port.
Fourteen Ships in the margin, commencing with the TORBAY.
