A Warrant was given by Sir George Rooke dated April 28th 1693 for Noel Barton, Gentleman, to serve as a Volunteer on board the MONMOUTH. We direct you to cause him to be paid the Wages due to him for the time he served in that capacity, if you have no other objection than this Board not renewing his Warrant.
