Having ordered Commissioner St. Lo to turn over the Brigantine DISCOVERY's Men into the THUNDERBOLT Prize and LOOE, at Plymouth, we direct you to cause the Brigantine to be laid up there and paid off, and repairs on her to be taken in hand to put her in a condition for Sea service again.
