In answer to your late letter for Convoy for the SUPPLY, KATHERINE and CANTERBURY Storeships, I inform you that an Order is sent to the C-in-C at the Nore to order the first Ship bound Westward to see the SUPPLY to the Downs, and Orders lodged with the Muster Master at Deal for any of HM Ships bound for the Nore to take care of her back again.
Last night by Express an Order was given to the Commander of the THUNDERBOLT Prize to Convoy the KATHERINE Storeship to Kinsale as was desired by your letter of the 7th inst; and directions will be sent to him by this Post to take care of the CANTERBURY also, upon your letter of yesterday's date which I received this morning.
