In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to give Orders to the Victualling Commissioners to supply the Pursers of such of HM's Ships as are designed on Foreign Service with the Necessary and extra Necessary Money usually allowed.
You are also to direct the Victualling Commissioners to take care to send to the Straights some fitting person to act as their Agent for victualling such of HM's Ships which are now there or shall be sent there, and they are to let us know the name of the person they intend to employ.
