A Commission was granted by Admiral Russell to Lieutenant Westcomb to be third Lieutenant of the ROYAL OAK and also to be third Lieuteant of the BOYN. We direct you to cause him to be paid for the time he served in those capacities if you have no other objection than the Commissions not being renewed by this Board.
