In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The several Ships named in the margin have arrived at St. Helens from the Soundings under the command of Vice Admiral Mitchel, are in need of Provisions, and are ordered to Spithead. We direct you to cause all possible dispatch to be made in completing each of their provisions to two months, putting them in a condition for Channel service.
