The Admiralty Commissioners have directed the providing of two months Provisions at Portsmouth for several Ships mentioned in their Orders, expected at Spithead from the Soundings under the command of Vice Admiral Mitchell.
They ask that you let them know in what forwardness the said Provisions are to be put on board the aforesaid Ships.
