In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We did sometime since direct Captain Lapthorne, Commander of the Advice Boat MERCURY, to arrive at Dover to carry to Ostend thirteen Danish soldiers, and it appears to us by Certificate that he did receive on board and deliver at Ostend eleven of the said thirteen soldiers, whose names are mentioned in the margin, and that he did victual them from the 29th July 1695 to the 19th August following .
We direct you to allow the same on his victualling account.
