We direct you to cause Doctor Cockburne, Physician of the Blue Squadron, to be paid the Wages due to him from the 15th January 1696, the date of his Commission for that employment, to this day, before he proceeds to the Straits where he is ordered along with Sir Cloudesley Shovell.
