Captain Wright, Commander of the Yacht MONMOUTH, having by his letter of the 9th inst; given us an account of her being out of repair, as you will be more particularly informed by the enclosed copy, we direct you to cause her to be cleaned and refitted at Liverpool, and put into a condition for the Sea.
