The Admiralty Commissioners have sent Orders to Vice Admiral Mitchell at Spithead to call a Court Martial to enquire into the case of the KATHERINE Hoy, Henry Jobber, Master, which was laden by with Stores for Portsmouth and taken in her passage from the Downs to Spithead although she went from there with the ISABELLA Yacht.
You are to order Jobber, with what evidence he has for himself, to go aboard Vice Admiral Mitchell's Ship at Spithead to attend the Court Martial.
