In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The GRAFTON, BURFORD and SUFFOLK are not in a condition to keep the Sea without repair. We therefore direct you to come prepared on Thursday next to let us know in what Merchants' Yards they can be repaired in case they cannot be conveniently received into the King's Docks.
Upon consideration of of your letter of the 26th inst; concerning Henry Winscombe and John Coleman, we direct you to cause the R's put on them to be taken off.
