In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Advice boat EXPRESS has returned to the Downs from the Cape of Good Hope, and is ordered to Sheerness to refit. We direct you cause her to be cleaned and refitted for Channel Service and victualled for two months for the highest complement of Men. You are not to alter her fitting but fit her that she may proceed on a like voyage again if there is an occasion.
