In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Morrill, Purser of the MARY galley, is to be appointed Purser of the NORWICH in place of the former preferred. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 1 October 1696.
