We have received a petition by Mrs Hannah Turner, widow of Francis Turner, setting forth that her husband was Lieutenant of the RUBY and that she cannot receive his wages because she does not have the Captain's certificate. You are directed to have the wages paid, notwithstanding the want of the certificate, if you have no other objection.
