The Rt. Hon. Edward Russell, Admiral of the Fleet, granted a commission dated 20 June 1694, for Captain William Cleveland to be Captain of the PORTSMOUTH. You are directed to have the wages due to him for the time he served as Captain of the PORTSMOUTH paid to him, if you have no other objection than his commission not being renewed by this Board.
