In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You are directed to have men of the SCARBOROUGH, who are entitled to His Majesty's Bounty, by entering themselves voluntarily, to be paid as soon as she arrives at the Nore. We are informed that the Comptroller of the Navy has sent with some of the ships which sailed for foreign service from the Buoy of the Nore, lists of such men he has not paid. You are to see that such men are paid as soon as the ships arrive at Spithead. The PENDENNIS lately arrived in the River Humber from Norway, has as her commander advises us, but 6 days provisions. You are to order the Commissioners of the Victualling to furnish him with credits to enable him to procure provisions there, and also the Captain of the CHESTER, which ship is likewise from Norway and expected in the Humber.
