Sir George Rooke, Admiral and Commander-in-Chief in the Mediterranean, granted a commission dated 20 January 1696, for Captain Robert Hollqinan to be Captain of the FIREDRAKE bomb vessel. You are directed to have wages paid to him for the time he served as Captain, if you have no objection thereto than his commission not being renewed by this Board.
