In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Hartrope, Carpenter of the DISCOVERY brigantine, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the LOOE, in place of the former deceased. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 7 October 1696.
