You are directed to have the provisions aboard the LITCHFIELD and DEPTFORD at the Buoy of the Nore to be completed to 10 weeks each, and upon the arrival of the PORTSMOUTH to have her provisions completed to that proportion with all possible dispatch, as these ships are to go to the East Country to fetch home the traders.
