In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of today sent an extract from one of the Commissioners of the Victualling, advising that they were unable to victual the ten ships which were ordered for foreign convoys, for want of money. You are directed to give orders to them to solicit the Lords of the Treasury for money and to give us an account of what progress they make.
