In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
At the Buoy of the Nore are the ships BRITANNIA, ROYAL WILLIAM, SANDWICH, NEPTUNE, ALBERMARLE and OSSORY, not yet ordered to Chatham where they are to be fitted for next summer's service. You are directed to let us know whether you would have any of them ordered up to Chatham and which of them. You are to complete the refitting of ships of the 3rd Rate first and then such of the 1st and 2nd Rates as can be soonest dispatched.
