Commissions and warrants were granted for the captain, 1st and 2nd lieutenants, boatswain and gunner of the BRISTOL in the west Indies viz Captain Edmund D'Oyley - command of the BRISTOL 6 February 1695; Lt Roger Brown - 1st Lieutenant 24 October 1694; Lieutenant James Anderson - 2nd Lieutenant 1 April 1695; Abraham James - Boatswain 6 November 1695; George Daro - Gunner 2 April 1695. You are directed to pay them the wages due to them from the dates thereof to the times their respective commissions and warrants were granted by this Board.
