You are directed to have the BIDEFORD, upon her arrival at Deptford, sheathed and fitted there for a foreign voyage and victualled for 4 months for her middle complement of men. You are to have her present complement reduced and such men that she has over and above it, turned over to the RUBY prize at the Nore.
