You are directed to give an account to this board every week from the several yards, the muster of the ships in ordinary there, officers and men. You are to have the provisions aboard the ESSEX prize, in the Nore, completed to 10 weeks. We are advised that the RUBY prize is very leaky and you are to have her caulked with all dispatch.
