In answer to your two letters concerning the Surgeon of the CENTURION and the victualing ships at Harwich, orders have been sent to Captain Munden to try the difference between Captain Price and the Surgeon at a court martial. The CHATHAM is to proceed to Harwich to convoy the victuallers from there to the Nore.
