Mr Corbet has asked the Treasury for credit of £4,000 to be furnished to Sir Cloudesley Shovell at Cadiz. If Sir Cloudesley Shovell draw bills upon your Board or the Treasurer of the Navy, then their Lordships will cause such monies to be issued to the Treasurer not exceeding £4,000.
